Returns Policy

RETURNS & PAYMENT POLICY

Claims for breakages and shortages in a delivery must be received within 7 days of invoice.

Requests for goods to be returned must be received within 30 days of invoice. Goods ordered in error, that are approved for return, will incur a 20% restocking fee across all products.

Approved and authorised returns must be received in original packaging and with the NeoCopia Return Authority (R.A.) affixed and clearly visible. Goods ordered in error are the customer’s responsibility to return to either.

1 PAYMENT METHOD
1.1 NeoCopia accept cash, Direct Deposit, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard & Bank Cheques. NeoCopia reserves the right to not accept any personal or company cheques as a form of payment.

2 RETURN OF GOODS
2.1 Customers are entitled to request a refund, repair, replacement or compensation for the product if there is a major failure in that product.
A product will have a major failure if it is:
 faulty or unsafe;
 significantly different from the sample or its description;
 substantially unfit for the purpose for which the product was sold.
2.2 Where there is only a minor failure of the product we will assess the product and determine if we will provide you with a replacement, repair or refund.
2.3 We will not provide a refund or exchange in the event you change your mind.
2.4 NeoCopia will provide refunds by EFTPOS, Direct Deposit, Credit Card repayment. However, if you originally purchased a product using a certain method of payment (including cash) you may request the refund be made using that same method.
2.5 Where a product is damaged through your deliberate or negligent misuse or abnormal use or there has been an unreasonable time since purchase, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement or repair.

3 PROOF OF PURCHASE
3.1 NeoCopia issue a tax invoice or receipt upon purchase of our products. Keep a copy of your invoice in the event of a return, refund or replacement of the product.
3.2 Where items are itemised on your credit card statement we may be able to use this as proof of purchase to support your claim.

4 CONSUMER GUARANTEES
4.1 This policy does not exclude or limit your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer are entitled to the benefits of the statutory consumer guarantees detailed in the Australian Consumer Law and this policy should be read in conjunction with those consumer guarantees.
Courier charges will be applied to any customer pick up request for goods ordered in error. Any items prefixed on invoice with B.I. (Buy In) or M.O. (Made to Order) are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance. Credits on an account for returned goods will not be processed until the goods are received and inspected by NeoCopia, with the relevant R.A. paperwork approved.
